Move your pointer, or use WASD or arrow keys to steer. On touch screens, drag to steer. Hold Space, the mouse button or Boost for speed. Scroll or pinch to zoom.
Every snake starts at 60 length and moves at the same speed. Boost is 1.65 times faster and costs 6 length per second. At 30 length, eat food before boosting again.
Round rules
Practice starts after a 3-second countdown.
Survival lasts up to 90 seconds. The safe circle shrinks every 10 seconds, closing harder from 40 seconds. A dashed circle shows the next boundary five seconds ahead. Only your head must stay inside. Last survivor wins immediately. At 90 seconds, the longest survivor wins. A tie for longest or no survivors means a draw.
Food adds 4 length, capped at 300. Treasure arrives at 15, 40 and 70 seconds, with 20%, 30% and 50% of the arena loot. Each wave splits into a 70% main cache and a 30% side cache, announced three seconds before release. Treasure does not grow your snake. Elimination drops all carried loot for others to collect. Only the winner keeps carried loot at the finish. In Practice, nothing is paid.
Cross your own older body to lose 25% of your length, rounded down, once per shrink interval. You need at least 40 length. The neck does not count. Staying overlapped does not trigger another bite. You cannot bite during spawn or escape protection.
If your head hits another snake's body, you are out. The body owner survives. Head-on contact eliminates both snakes, regardless of size or boost. Bodies can cross safely. Spawn protection lasts 1.5 seconds.
Hearts appear at 25 and 55 seconds, announced three seconds early. You can hold one. A heart saves you from a snake collision and gives two seconds of escape protection. In a head-on clash, one heart saves both snakes. If both hold hearts, both hearts are spent. The body owner never spends a heart when another head hits their body. During escape, snakes pass through each other and you cannot eat food, collect pickups or self-bite. Hearts do not protect against the edge or bombs.
Bombs are marked at 18, 33, 48, 63 and 78 seconds and explode three seconds later. Head hit means out. A body hit removes the tail behind the cut, down to a minimum length of 30. One bomb can be active at a time.
Stay within 100 units of one spot and a pressure warning appears after 4 seconds. At 8 seconds, a pressure bomb can appear at your head with a three-second fuse. Leave the marked area to reset the timer. Turning, boosting, eating and self-biting do not reset it. Scheduled bombs take priority.
